“What now?”

This was the question that ruled my life when I escaped my abusers.

I looked in the mirror the night I left home and realized I did not recognize the person I was looking at. I had lost myself in my trauma, and I was afraid of what my future would look like.

That’s when I decided to make a change.

The hardest part of starting over

is learning to believe that

you deserve better.

2021 was the year I escaped home due to years of abuse. Overnight, I lost my car, home, school, family, and friends; I had to get a new job, bank account, phone plan, apply to new colleges, everything. I thought my life was over.

I was literally and figuratively starting my life completely over, all on my own, but I was determined to come back stronger. My motto became “Be authentically you,” one that I still live by today.

Now, just three years later, my life is better than ever. I have a car, a home, and a career I love. I’m still in school for my MSW and I have several life coach certifications. I have a chosen family, friends that love me, an adorable and crazy puppy, and the best partner in the world. But most importantly, I am truly, unapologetically, me.

  • Fun facts about me!

  • I'm a huge Swiftie! I went to the Eras tour in 2023 and I'm going this year!

  • I love crafting. I make jewelry, paint, digital art, clothing, basically anything I dream of!

  • I absolutely adore nature. I don't get to spend much time in it, but I do love hiking.

  • I traveled a ton as a kid and I still love traveling. It's one of my favorite things to do!

  • I'm a nonbinary lesbian and my pronouns are they/them!

It can be hard to keep going when it feels like everything is different. In fact, it can be hard to figure out how to keep going sometimes.

That’s why I’m here.

Whether you’re a teen trying to decide on your plan for the future, a young adult who is struggling to find purpose or a person with trauma who has no idea how to start over, I’m here to help. You don’t have to do this alone. So let’s answer your “What now?” together, shall we?

It’s time to find purpose in becoming authentically you.

Am I the coach for you?

  • If you have a history of trauma and are not sure where to turn, you’ve come to a safe space! I have done a vast amount of research to work with traumatized individuals. I promise you are validated, accepted, and in control here.

  • As a Queer person myself, I know searching for an LGBTQIA+ affirming person can be tricky. No questions here! You are welcome here with any sexual/romantic orientation and any gender (or non-conforming) identity!

  • I have an extensive history of working with chronic illness, both in my mother and myself. Many people with disabilities are discriminated against in fields such as these. Know that you are safe here. If you need certain accommodations, I am more than happy to work with you!

  • One thing I’m always looking for as an Exvangelical is if the person I’m about to get advice from is religious. If you are, no judgment here! But if you are not religious and prefer a non-religious coach, this is the place for you.
